All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During high-demand periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

- International Orders: 7–20 business days

Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Alura is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after the package has been dispatched.
Shipping Delays

Lost or Stolen Packages
Alura is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but reported as lost or stolen.
If your tracking shows that your order was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
We recommend checking with neighbors, building reception, or your local delivery office.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Alura is not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your case and provide a suitable solution.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our Return and Refund Policy.
