Return and Refund Policy

At Alura, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We want you to feel confident when shopping with us and to love every item you receive.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging
  • With all tags, accessories, dust bags, and protective materials included
  • Free from stains, perfume, damage, or signs of use

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Items that have been used or worn
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Items damaged due to customer handling
  • Final sale or promotional clearance items, when clearly stated at checkout

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos of the issue
  • A brief explanation of the problem

We will review your case and offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return process.
